We have designed our screw operation handling units to be highly maneuverable within the space confines of a battery production line.  This means that the aisles of new factories do not need to be so wide, resulting in considerable cost savings and convenience.

All our design, assembly and quality control is undertaken in-house. All design is done in SolidWorks.  The majority of our products involve some element of custom design.  This could be a small dimensional change or a completely tailor-made tool. When this is required we accurately translate your requirements into drawings for  discussion and approval prior to manufacture.

We create clear manuals to help you easily identify spare parts. These are held in stock, making them available for dispatch up to 3pm (UK time) same day. Manufacturing consistency is obtained by the use of CNC equipment and precision jigs, as well as by working closely with our suppliers.
